Strain-relief LED driver with D4i and sensor interface / sensor supply

The new strain-relief LED driver with a D4i interface and integrated power supply unit for connecting sensors is ideal for applications where there is limited space for installing for sensors, such as in small groups of rooms or compact luminaires. Thanks to DALI-2/D4i technology, the repeater and the isolator in the driver can be electronically separated from each other. This enables the use of class 3 luminaires, which operate at a particularly low voltage (below 50V, SELV) and therefore offer maximum safety. The luminaires can be operated with integrated control components and DALI communication, for simple and flexible control.

Lifetime Indicator

The wait is over: all Tridonic dimmable EXC4 and PRE4 drivers are now equipped with the Lifetime Indicator.

This can be used to check the remaining service life of your LED drivers and to find out more about their rate of ageing and condition. Contactless reading of the LED driver data via NFC is possible, either in the 4service NFC app or via a DALI connection in the lighting control software on a PC.
